Extruded VBoard holds tighter tolerances than paper VBoard, especially in 90-degree angles. It also takes up less space than paper edge protection for a given amount of strength. It features a professional, high-quality, smooth black appearance and is available in VBoard, VGuard and FlexBoard configurations.

Standard sizes are available in leg lengths of 1.75 x 1.75 inches and 2.5 x 2.5 inches with calipers of 0.060, 0.090 and 0.120 inches. Custom-extruded shapes can be developed for large-volume applications.
